We’re proud to partner with Schluter Systems’ Ditra underlayment and membrane products. These products provide our customers with tile flooring that allows in-plane movement to prevent cracking and delaminating of tiles, supports your flooring while providing weight distribution, and provide vapor management and waterproofing of your new floor. We also work with tile in backsplashes and many other kitchen surfaces to deliver strong results for our clients.
- Preparation: To start, we demolish down to the studs, framing out any needed niches, and add plumbing to your kitchen. We then add Ditra products to provide a strong, long-lasting substrate that will provide you with great results for many years to come.
- Installation: With the support system in place, we’re ready to tile, and will take careful steps to ensure that you get a great installation. We’ll run a laser level to ensure that you get a level floor, while using best practices to ensure your tile will look amazing.
- Finish: Once the tile has been laid, it will be grouted and sealed to reduce grout stains or water stains. We’ll go around the perimeter of your flooring or other tile installation and seal the edges using silicone or color-matched siliconized grout to ensure lasting results.
